Menu

We take tremendous pride in using the highest quality ingredients and true to our Sugar Bush roots, many of our selections feature a touch of maple. We gather inspiration from the changing season.
Our Cajun charcoal grills are at the heart of our warm weather menus.

Appetizers are inspired by foods from around the world, such as Thai Chicken Satays or Spanish Chorizo Stuffed Mushrooms. Main courses are as varied as Herb Crusted Slow Smoked Prime Rib and Maple Bourbon Glazed Barbecue Chicken. Fruits and vegetables from our garden and local farmers are transformed into a variety of colourful salads and salsas. When the cold weather comes, we light the fire in our stone fireplace and focus on hearty soups, rich braises, roasted root vegetables, and homemade pickles and preserves. Whatever the time of year we always have exceptional desserts made fresh by our talented pastry chef.

In December 2008 Judy Dempsey joined our talented team to become our resident chef. For 12 years Judy operated "The Hungry Planet" restaurant in Perth, Ontario, which became famous for blending local ingredients with food styles from around the world. Her restaurant was repeatedly recommended in "Where to eat in Canada", the countries most prestigious food guide.

From an elegant sit down dinner to a casual summer barbecue, Temples provides flexability to suit each couple's needs. We offer fabulous vegetarian options and are pleased to accomodate special dietary requests.
